All orders require a signature on delivery. Once the orders have been confirmed, we will notify you of an approximate time and date of delivery.
All orders must include a valid contact telephone number. Terryglass Treats will not be liable for failed deliveries as a result of us being unable to contact the recipient. In the event of an order being returned to us, the customer may be liable for refused deliveries. If an error has been made or an incomplete address or contact number submitted, the cost of the return package will be charged to you.
If we are unable to fulfil your order, a refund of any monies already paid will be made to the credit/debit card used.
In the rare event of an order being damaged please contact us within 24 hours by telephone or email and we will arrange for the item to be collected. We will then replace or refund.
Whilst an effort will always be made to supply the items specified, the contents of each order are subject to availability. Wine vintages and labels may vary from those shown. Terryglass Treats guarantees that all replacements are of equal or greater value to those listed.
